Let peace be the priority in your life.

No deny I am a perfectionist. My mind always keeps running for a few solutions and back-up contingency plans in respond to the upcoming situations. This is also due to my previous work trainings when working in commercial world. One day, I cannot fall asleep due to endless worries for an issue. Suddenly, a question comes to my mind. Are you at peace today? Or you cannot feel peaceful/ ease not until listen to some relaxing piano music? Am I living in the moment? Why I waste my precious time to worry about the future but not begin to self-love?


In recent months, people used to ask "Are you OK?/ Are you really feeling OK?" . I would like to provide you all another option,"Are you at peace today? Put your inner peace be the first priority! Allow yourself to take a break from excessive worries and sleepless nights. Instead, practise breathing in & out at a quiet setting. You deserve peace at heart and for your wellbeing. Live a worry-free life! Stay in the moment.
