Standing Balance exercises are good for older adults

Standing Pilates exercises are good balance training. Some studies prove that pilates can help to lower risk of falls which is common in older adults, some may result in serious fatal injuries. For others, that is also good exercise to improve your postures. Legs can be shaped as you work your feet, thighs, calves, etc.


Pls. always start from simple standing position first then try standing roll down. We will explain more later in Zero blog.


Remark: For those got prior/ current injuries, please consult doctor before starting your pilates routine.
