Your question: How often shall I do pilates?

Zero’s answer: Joseph Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body".

2-3 times per week is always recommended. Though the results vary from individual, you will notice the difference if you take more classes. Consistency is the key for a change.
