Your question: Why pilates on mat is good for newbies?

Zero’s answer: Mat Pilates training is great for beginners due to its emphasis on learning to control your muscles. Your own body weight acts as resistance throughout the exercises to build body strength and flexibility. After a few weeks, you will feel easier when stronger muscles are built. You will progress to more challenging exercises or even add more resistance using bands, for example.
