Why drinking water before & after class is important?

Most of my students do not like to drink water before and after workout because they do not sweat much. 💦 Wanna take this time to share why keeping ourself hydrated after Pilates is important. 1. Our body is made of 60% water! Not only women are made of water but all of our bodies. Doctor 👨‍⚕️ always suggests to drink eight 8oz glasses of water per day. 💡2-3 hrs before your workout: drink 17-20oz of water 💡30mins before your workout: drink 8ozs if water 💡 No more than 30mins after your workout: another 8 ozs of water * Pure H20 (water) is much effective to hydrated the body than juice, coffee and soda.

2. Water can heal Water is the carriage of nutrients throughout the body. Enzymatic function results in quality sleep and body restoration. This also speeds up joint and cartilage repair. Quality sleep 💤 allows us to focus and balance better so to decrease chance of injury.

3. Stay hydrated reduces muscle cramping Athletes always associate increased muscle cramping in warmer weather due to increased water loss via sweating. This is also proved by many scientists. Be advised to drink extra water before your class to improve the situations. ^ There are more advantages / importance of drinking water. Care our body with Zero hesitation / Fear. Xx
